Orange Empire Railway Museum is one of the premier movie locations in Southern California. Although OERM is outside the LA zone, it does offer a unique view into Los Angeles transportation from yesteryear. The museum has the largest collection of rail equipment and artifacts in the western United States. Although OERM focus its collection on the Southern California Region, it has examples of trains and trolleys from all over the world including Japan, Ireland, Canada, and from all over the USA! The museum has over 100 acres of property and miles of rails in a variety of settings.
With Locations all around are grounds they can take you from the late 1800’s to the 20’s and 30’s to present day industrial areas, there is so much to choose from.

Please note all filming on property must obtain permits from the city of Perris. In addition all filming must carry insurance. OERM is a museum first where it preserves and presents its railway history to the public. Filming must always portray railroading in a positive light and safely.
